Additionally, Justin holds a Bachelors in Science from St. Petersburg University of Florida in construction management, leadership with emphasis on sustainable design.

Living in Tarpon Springs for over 20 years, Justin has served on the City of Tarpon Springs Planning and Zoning Board for the last 8 years, and was previous Chair of the Code Enforcement Board.
