Site Plans – $300
Using your survey, we create a plan that fits your lot perfectly.
Floorplans
- As-built plans: $5 psf
- With design ideas: $6 psf
- With elevations: $7 psf
Lateral Additions (Permit Ready) – $15 psf
Complete permit-ready plans including engineering review and permit applications.
Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) – $20 psf
Pool houses, granny flats, or Airbnbs up to 800 sq.ft.
Second-Floor Additions – $25 psf
Detailed plans ready for permits and engineering review.
Custom Homes – Market Rate
Designed to match your style and community rules.

Step 2: Construction and Build-Out
Once your plans are approved, we can help you build. You can use your own contractor or our partner, Savannah Construction Inc., licensed in Florida.
Single-Story Lateral Additions – $225 psf
- Add a bathroom: +$20K
- Add a kitchen: additional cost
Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) – $250 psf
Second-Story Additions – $300 psf
- With a bathroom: +$25K
- With new stairwell: +$15K
